The Station
The Station Foundation for Entrepreneurship is a nonprofit co-working space established in 2018 to promote entrepreneurship in Iraq and support start-ups and small businesses. With four spaces across the country in Baghdad, Mosul, Erbil, and Basra, Station is helping to empower SMEs with incubation programmes, training, networking, and other support services. It is currently home more than 20 start-ups and hosts cultural and community events.

Programmes
Cultural Programme
The Station has spaces available for creatives to work, learn, exhibit, and network. Venues host community cultural events and exhibitions including live performances and film screenings. The forthcoming Music Space programme will allow community members to develop their musical skills, aiming to foster a new generation of musical talent in Iraq.The Academy
Targeting both entrepreneurs with startups as well as university students and fresh graduates, The Academy offers mentorship and capacity building, including business development and soft skills training. It also works on female empowerment by ensuring equality and equity for female participants.The Incubator
The Station provides incubation services to entrepreneurs and start-ups. From a pre-incubation and incubation phase including prototyping, to developing the business, and then generating revenue. Through this programme, beneficiaries benefit from mentorships, business training, and networking for future opportunities.
