Na’amal is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to helping skilled refugees find remote work and create sustainable livelihoods. It does this by supporting refugees with language, technical, and soft skills training, while also helping connect individuals with corporates offering paid opportunities and internships. In 2024, it set up Na'amal Agency offering a range of services from UX/UI Design and branding, to SEO optimisation and full-stack tech solutions, contract it fulfils using refugees.

This agency facilitates access to freelance projects, providing learners with paid projects under professional supervision.
Remote Work Readiness Programme
The Programme equips refugees with essential non-technical skills - such as communication, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking - through online courses, live workshops, and personalized mentoring from industry professionals. Learners also gain practical experience through technical mentorship and team-based projects that simulate real-world work environments.
