ImInclusive

ImInclusive is a UAE-based social enterprise dedicated to improving inclusive workplaces by supporting employers and mentoring individuals with disabilities. It runs careers events for people with disabilities and supports employers to be more inclusive in their hiring. Founder Hafsa Qadeer was inspired by her younger brother, Ahmad, who lives with spina bifida, and her personal experience led her to create a platform that goes beyond charity, focusing on long-term empowerment through employment.
